ANATOMI DAN FISIOLOGI LARING

PENDAHULUAN :
Mengapa kita harus punya suara yang baik ? ( Sound. Bunyi di alam, Voice. Suara manusia ). Manusia perlu kemampuan bersuara dengan baik untuk komunikasi! Memang bisa berkomunikasi tanpa suara seperti internet, tulisan dll. Tetapi dengan suara / ucapan kata bisa untuk mengutarakan perasaan (cinta), mengajar (untuk mahasiswa), berbunyi dengan nada tinggi – rendah, dengan sepenuh hati dll.
Manusia sebagai ciptaan Tuhan terakhir (Setelah Tuhan menciptakan binatang) mampu bersuara yang baik dibandingkan dengan binatang.
Suara anak menangis “ibuuu” karena jatuh, lain dengan suara gembira “ibuuu” karena bertemu setalah lama berpisah oleh tsunami. Kadang seorang ibu mengatakan: “kalau mendengar suaramu badanmu sakit ya?”
Manusia mampu bersuara macam – macam: dalang, mampu menirukan suara Kresna lain dengan suara Petruk.
Untuk bertemunya suara yang baik perlu anatomi dan fisiologi yang baik. Sebab kalau parau, komunikasi kurang sempurna
- Bagaimana kita bisa bersuara yang baik ?
Bagaimana anatomi dan fisiologi laring yang normal?
Anatomi dan fisiologi laring harus bagus.
Laring sebagai sumber suara (= organ suara ) oleh faring, mulut, gigi, bibir-hidung sebagai resonator diubah menjadi ucapan kata – kata.
Tinggi nada (Pitch) tergantung panjang – elastisitas dan masa korda vokalis.
Keras suara tergantung ketegangan korda vokalis dan tiupan udara dari paru.
Hormon testosteron mempengaruhi pertumbuhan korda vokalis. Pada pria dewasa korda vokalis memanjang 1 
- 2 kali, sedangkan wanita hanya tambah beberapa mm
sehingga suara wanita 1 oktaf diatas suar pria. Pada pria nada C pada 125 Hz dan pada wanita 250 Hz.
- 2 kali, sedangkan wanita hanya tambah beberapa mmsehingga suara wanita 1 oktaf diatas suar pria. Pada pria nada C pada 125 Hz dan pada wanita 250 Hz.Anatomi : Korda vokalis tipis dan intak rata.
Fisiologis korda vokalis harus dapat digerakkan ke medial
Korda vokalis ini istilah untuk Surabaya / Sulawesi. Kalau istilah jakarta / Sumatera: pita suara. Istilah jawa tengah Plika vokalis.

Korda vokalis sebetulnya bukan “pita” sebab merupakan lipatan : lihat gambar 1 tampak putih seperti pita karena sebagian tertutup oleh pilka ventrikularis. Korda vokalis ini tepinya tajam. (bisa ditumpul – tebalkan : suara nada rendah)
Organ laring :
- Organ / alat harus tunggal ( bermuara di atas paru – paru ). Bayangkan kalau ada dua laring. Satu untuk melodi satu untuk bas?
- Harus sempit : agar terlaksana terbentuk suara dengan baik : ruginya kalau sempit ini bisa sesak kalau ada kelainan yang menutup jalan napas seperti tumor, radang pada anak kecil dan paralysis abductor.
- Bagaimana suara yang baik terbentuk.
2.1. Udara masuk paru – paru dahulu untuk dapat dihembuskan keluar melalui laring.
2.2. Setelah udara dihembuskan, korda vokalis :
- bergerak ke medial, 
perlu syaraf penggerak
perlu syaraf penggerak- merapat di medial, perlu staraf penggerak
perlu staraf penggerak- bergetar : mucosal wave: karena hembusan udara dari paru.
Getaran mucosal wave ini 0.5 – 1 mm/detik.
2.3 Korda vokalis dapat ditipiskan dan diregangkan : nada tinggi atau di tebalkan dan kendor untuk nada rendah.
Nanti pada patologi terlihat pada radang, korda vokalis menebal : nada rendah pada tumor : ada parau karena tidak dapat didekatkan – ditipiskan.
Ada 2 teori untuk terjadinya getaran korda vocalis ini:
- Teori Myeolastic aerodynamic yang mengatakan korda vokalis yang mula – mula menutup, dibuka oleh hembusan udara dari paru
Korda vokalis akan membuka – menutup lagi berganti – ganti, terjadilah peregangan dan pemampatan udara akhirnya terjadi gelombang suara. - Teori neurochronacxi yang mengatakan bahwa suara di bentuk oleh korda vokalis yang bergetar, digetarkan oleh N Recurens.
Teori neurochronacxi ini sudah ditinggalkan.
- Bagaimana korda vokalis ini bergetar.
Kalau dilihat dari penampang frontal, korda vokalis tampak membuka bagian inferior dahulu (karena didorong udara dari paru) kemudian disusul bagian superior. Ketika menutup juga bagian inferior dulu disusul bagian superior
Jadi membuka menutupnya korda vokalis tidak seketika bagian superior dan inferior bersamaan (gambar 2).
Jadi membuka menutupnya korda vokalis tidak seketika bagian superior dan inferior bersamaan (gambar 2).Gerakan membuka dan menutup ini dilakukan oleh mukosa jadi disebut mucosal wave itulah sebabnya benjolan 1 mm seperti pada nodule akan mengakibatkan parau karena gerakan mucosal wave terganggu. Benjolan kecil mengakibatkan udara “bocor” sehingga suaranya parau dan tidak mampu menyuarakan suara panjang (Wktu Fonasi Maximum : WFM yang terbatas). Walaupun “kasar” Waktu Fonasi Maximum ini dapat dipakai untuk mengukur adakah kemajuan setelah diberi terapi bicara (Speech therapy).

Dengan stroboscopy dapat dipelajari bagaimana getaran korda vokalis ini. Prisip stroboscopy: Vibrasi korda vokalis bergetar secara periodik. Kalau korda vokalis ini disinari dengan fase yang sama dengan vibrasi, korda vokalis akan tampak “diam” karena kesan mata kita yang terlambat melihatnya (after images).

Jadi membukanya bukan sekaligus seluruh pernmukaan korda vokalis, tetapi dari bagian anterior dahulu. (Gambar 3)
Anatomi yang penting lainnya : subglotik merupakan jaringna ikat kendor, pada anak kecil jaringan ini banyak sekali yang mudah udim (Gambar 4). Sehingga laryngitis akuta anak kecil bisa sesak, sedangkan pada dewasa tidak sesak. Kebengkakan in dapat dihilangkan dengan suntikan kortikoesteroid dosis tinggi (0.3 mg/kg BB), kalau perlu dapat diulang 3 kali, jarak 3 menit. Karenanya sejak 1977 di RSU Dr. Soetomo laryngitis akut anak hamper tak pernah dilakukan trakeotomi lagi. Dilakukan trakeotomi kalau udimnya tidak dapat dihilangkan dengan kortikoesteroid, biasanya karena laryngitis difteri primer atau benda asing.

Untuk bergerak kemedial perlu banyak otot (5 pasang : m thyroarytenoideus lateralis, m Crico arytenoideus lateralis, m Crico thyrodeus, m thyroarytenoideus internus dan m arytenoideus obliqus dan tranversus)Bandingkan dengan otot untuk bergerak ke lateral (1 pasang : m crico arytenoideus posterior). Karena untuk bergerak medial perlu untuk menghasilkan suara yang bagus : nada tinggi – rendah, penekanan: merah, lembut pada kesedihan: jadi lebih complicate. Sedangkan otot untuk menggerakkan ke lateral waktu bernapas merupakan gerakan sederhana, tak perlu banyak otot.
Bandingkan dengan otot untuk bergerak ke lateral (1 pasang : m crico arytenoideus posterior). Karena untuk bergerak medial perlu untuk menghasilkan suara yang bagus : nada tinggi – rendah, penekanan: merah, lembut pada kesedihan: jadi lebih complicate. Sedangkan otot untuk menggerakkan ke lateral waktu bernapas merupakan gerakan sederhana, tak perlu banyak otot.Kemampuan menggerakkan ke medial ini bisa gagal kalau ada kelumpuhan otot (peralisis). Kelumpuhan aduktor ini bisa disebabkan karena trauma pada n laryngeus inferor seperti pada post strumektomi, trauma leher, n laryngeus inferior sinistra memang lebih “panjang” karena harus turun dan melewati aorta, yang kanan hanya melewati a. Subclavia (Gambar 5). Karenanya mudah terganggu misalnya oleh aneurysma, mediastinis, aorta knop, Scwartze paru
. Dengan operasi, korda vokalis yang lumpuh ini didesak ke medial agar bertemu dengan sisi lainnya, sehingga suara terbentuk lagi. Pendesakan ini dengan jaringan – Gore tex. Lihat papar berikut.

Kalau ada kelumpuhan (paralysis) abduktor : tidak dapat ke lateral, jadi korda voklais di garis tengah, bisa mengakibatkan sesak inspirasi kalau bilateral. Kalau unilateral (50%) belum sesak.
Pada tumor laring tertutup sampai 90% baru sesak, karena penderita bernapas (inspirasi) secara perlahan – lahan, adaptasi dan karena tumor tumbuh perlahan – lahan. Hal ini jelas merugikan penderita karena baru ada gejala sesak kalau tumor sudah hampir menutup yang tentu menyulitkan trakeotomi. Padahal ada gejala sangat dini : benjolan 1 mm sudah parau. Jadi suara parau yang menetap dan progresif perlu diperiksa siapa tahu gejala dini tumor laring.
Jadi apa akibatnya kalau anatomi dan fisiologi abnormal?
Korda vokalis tak mampu :
1. digerakkan ke medial karena paresis abduktor : parau
2. merapat di garis median : kalau ada benjolan Nodule : parau
3. ditipiskan – ditebalkan : radang : suara besar
4. digerakkan ke lateral pada paresis abductor : kalau bilateral akan sesak : terjadi stridor inspirator.
Demikianlah sedikit anatomi dan fisiologi laring, terutama hal korda vokalisnya, sebagai dasar untuk dapat mengerti penyakit – penyakit yang menyebabkan suara parau dan terapinya.

Cerpen "CINTA MENGUBAH SEGALANYA"
Cerpen pencerahan bagi anda yang sedang d madu asmara.. monggo di baca,,
“ CINTA MENGUBAH SEGALANYA ”
Pertama kali bertemu dia , waktu itu aku masih duduk di bangku sekolah menengah atas, saat itu aku masih kelas 3 semester awal, kami bertemu ketika aku duduk – duduk di seberang jalan sepulang sekolah. Setiap hari aku selalu menunggu bis antar jemput yang di sediakan oleh pihak sekolah, tepat pukul dua aku sudah berkumpul dengan teman – teman yang lain, tak terasa 15 menit telah berlalu angkutan sekolahpun belum juga datang kami merasa keletihan dan haus, akhirnya temanku mengajak untuk membeli es buah di sebelah tempat duduk.
Tiba – tiba datang beberapa anak sekolah lain masuk ke dalam kedai es buah, “Mir… Mir… cepetan kesini keburu habis” suara itu terdengar dari salah satu diantara mereka, kemudian sosok laki-laki berambut tipis dan berwajah kuning langsat dengan lesung pipi yang manis muncul dari arah ufuk barat berjalan dengan tenang dan penuh wibawa, seketika aku terlena dalam lamunan yang membawaku ke dalam mimpi sesaat di siang bolong.
Seketika itu pula dalam hatiku berkata “bila dalam hitungan satu sampai kesepuluh laki-laki itu tidak melihat dan menyapaku maka akan kubiarkan dia hanya dalam mimpi sejenakku tapi bila dalam hitungan satu sampai kesepuluh dia menatapku seraya menyapa, maka akan kukejar dia sampai kudapatkan senyuman itu untuk selamanya untuk menemaniku menjalani kehidupan di kemudian hari”. Akupun mulai menghitung dan sampai hitungan kelima hatiku mulai gusar gundah gulana penuh kecemasan dan harapan agar dia segera menatapku, dan akhirnya sampai hitungan kedelapan sebuah senyuman terlempar dari wajahnya kearahku diiringi dengan ucapan salam “hai…”. Ya hanya sebuah kata “hai..” yang keluar dari bibirnya yang tipis dan manis yang dibasahi oleh air dimulutnya. Sebuah kata yang memberikan harapan besar, membuka pintu keindahan dan kebahagiaan yang sulit diungkapkan hanya dengan sebuah kata – kata. Dengan cepat laki-laki itupun duduk tepat di belakangku. Tiba – tiba terdengar suara yang mengejutkan sambil menepuk punggung kananku “hai..!! Lit ngapain kamu bengong… ini es milikmu cepetan diminum keburu bisnya datang”. Akupun tersentak kaget dengan gerakan refleks tanganku mengayun kebelakang dan mengenai mangkuk es yang di bawa oleh Rita, seketika mangkuk itupun tumpah dan mengenai sebagian tangan serta baju laki-laki tersebut.
Tak kusangka di balik wajahnya yang lembut dan santun tersimpan suara keras, lantang dan tegas, “awas…!! wah... hati-hati mbak…” laki-laki itu langsung berdiri dan berusaha untuk membersihkan tumpahan air es yang mengenai tangan dan bajunya. Akupun bergerak cepat segera menarik gulungan tisu pembersih yang ada dikedai tersebut dengan tangan kananku, karena spontanitas tangan kiripun menumpahkan mangkuk es milik Rita dan mengenai sebagian baju beserta tas yang kutaruh di atas meja. Dengan cepat pula laki-laki itu mengambil tisu pembersih dan mengayunkan tangan kanannya kearahku dan memeberikan tisu tersebut. Dengan sekelumit senyuman tisupun kuterima dengan tangan kananku, tak sengaja jemarikupun menyentuh telapak tangannya diapun membalasnya dengan sebuah senyuman ringan.
Beberapa menit kemudian suara klakson berbunyi menandakan bus antar jemput sudah tiba, Lita berserta kawannya bergegas menuju bus, tak lupa Lita menanyakan nama beserta nomor telepon milik laki-laki tadi. Ditengah perjalan fikiran Lita hanya tertuju kejadian yang baru saja dialaminya, sekitar satu tahun Lita tidak pernah merasa tertarik kepada seorang laki-laki. Semenjak ditinggal pergi oleh teman dekat, saudara, sekaligus kekasih hatinya pergi keluar negeri, Lita berubah menjadi anak yang pendiam tidak banyak bicara, kurang pergaulan dengan teman-teman sejawatnya dan lebih mementingkan diri sendiri. Hal itu terbukti dia tampak acuh terhadap apa saja yang ada disekitarnya apakah itu di lingkungan keluarga teman dan sebagainya. Hal itu juga dirasakan oleh Rita sahabat karibnya, dia sering mengeluh dengan perilaku Lita yang banyak berubah satu tahun terakhir, Lita yang dulu periang, humoris dan perhatian terhadap temannya saudaranya dan siapa saja yang membutuhkan perhatiannya sekarang semua itu hilang begitu saja hanya tinggal wajah manisnya yang tersisa tanpa adanya wajah keceriaan seperti dahulu kala.
Keesokan hari Lita bangun pagi-pagi sekali, sebelum matahari menampakkan sinarnya mata Lita sudah terbuka lebar segera ia menuju jendela dan menghirup udara pagi yang masih segar yang belum terkontaminasi oleh berbagai macam aroma dan polusi udara, dari wajahnya terlihat sedikit cerah dan ceria seperti ada sebuah bias sinar matahari dipagi hari yang mengenai kaca jendela. Bu Wati pun sedikit terkejut melihat adanya perubahan pada diri putrinya, tapi ia tidak begitu saja menanyakan apa yang menyebabkan hal tersebut, dia hanya memperhatikanya tanpa memberikan komentar apapun. Dengan segera Lita pergi kesekolah, keceriaan itu juga dirasakan oleh sahabatnya terutama Rita. Sesampai disekolah Lita bertemu dengan Rita sang sahabat sekaligus saudara angkatnya. Ia bercerita kepada Rita tentang apa saja yang terjadi setelah kejadian kemarin. Dia bercerita panjang lebar dari awal sampai akhirnya nanti siang Lita ada janjian bertemu dengan laki-laki kemarin.
Tak terasa lonceng sekolah berbunyi, dengan cepatnya Lita menuju tempat biasa dia menuggu bus sekolah. Di tempat itu pula Lita ada janji bertemu dengan laki-laki idamannya. Tepat pukul 2 Lita sampai di tempat, berselang beberapa menit laki-laki itu datang dengan seorang temannya. Segera Lita menyapanya “ hai.. mas Amir bagaimana jadi apa tidak acaranya?” Lita melontarkan sebuah pertanyaan kepada Amir, ternyata kemarin Amir berjanji mau mengajak Lita untuk pergi melihat pertandingan bola volli team yang dibelanya. Dengan cepat Amir mejawab pertanyaan “Ya… jadilah.. o iya apakah sudah siap?” Amir ganti bertanya. “Ya sudah siap dari kemarin kak…hehe”. Jawaban Lita langsung menyahut sambil tersenyum kecil, seketika Amir memegang tangan kiri dan mengajak untuk segera naik ke sepedah yang di parkir diseberang jalan.
Ditengah perjalanan Lita sedikit berbincang mengenai seputar kegiatan sekolah dan sebagainya, dan sampai akhrirnya ia berbincang mengenai perasaan. Setelah ngobrol yang sedikit diiringi dengan senda gurau sekiranya ada kesempatan Lita langsung meminta Amir untuk menjadi teman hidupnya, dengan nada terkejut Amir menjawab dengan terbata-bata dan mengiyakan semua pertanyaan yang diajukan Lita. Perbincangan tersebut berakhir saat mereka sudah sampai di tempat pertandingan. Pertandinganpun dimulai dengan semangatnya Lita memberikan semangat dengan meneriak-riakkan nama Amir, “Amir.. Amir … ” suara itu keluar dari mulut Lita. Tanpa disengaja Rita sahabatnya juga hadir dipertandingan tersebut, Rita hadir disitu karena ajakan kakaknya yang sedang menjalamkan tugas sebagai wasit pertandingan, tanpa sepengetahuan Lita, Rita memperhatikan keceriaan yang muncul dari wajah Lita, keceriaan yang lama tidak terlihat hari ini sangatlah nampak begitu jelas dan bahkan lebih dari sebelumnya, dalam hati Rita ikut bahagia dan rasanya ingin ikut merayakan kebahagiaan tersebut dengan meneriakkan nama “Lita… Lita …”. Tapi hal itu tidak dilakukanya karena ia takut akan menganggu kebahagiaan yang dirasakan oleh Lita. Peluit pun berbunyi tanda pertandingan usai, team yang dibela Amir memenangkan petandingan dengan skor 2:1.
Setelah usai pertandingan Amir mengantarkan pulang Lita kerumahnya, Bu Wati menyambut kedatangan putrinya dengan senyum penuh kasih sayang. Dimalam hari tanpa diminta oleh sang Ibu, Lita bercerita mengenai apa saja yang terjadi di hari ini kemarin dan harapan di hari esok. Setelah bercerita panjang sang Ibu tersenyum lebar dan kemudian memberikan sedikit saran. “Lita sayang… sebagai seorang Ibu saya hanya menginginkan kebahagiaan berupa apapun yang ingin engkau dapatkan, asalkan kamu bahagia Ibu pun ikut bahagia. Apapun yang engkau lakukan asalkan tidak keluar dari norma dan aturan Ibu akan selalu merestuinya, sudah lama sekali Ibu kehilangan senyum manismu canda tawamu solidaritas antar sesama dan sebagainya. Akhirnya hari ini Ibu sudah mendapatkan kembali putri Ibu seperti yang dulu, Lita yang periang, penuh perhatian dan humoris kini telah kembali lagi. Ibu berharap hal ini akan berjalan tidak untuk waktu yang singkat, Ibu berharap ini akan berlangsung untuk selamanya. ” kata-kata ini muncul dari mulut sang Ibunda tercinta Lita. Dengan penuh haru Lita mendengarkan semuanya tanpa sengaja air matapun menetes sedikit demi sedikit dan mengotori pipinya yang manis. “ CINTA MENGUBAH SEGALANYA ”
Pertama kali bertemu dia , waktu itu aku masih duduk di bangku sekolah menengah atas, saat itu aku masih kelas 3 semester awal, kami bertemu ketika aku duduk – duduk di seberang jalan sepulang sekolah. Setiap hari aku selalu menunggu bis antar jemput yang di sediakan oleh pihak sekolah, tepat pukul dua aku sudah berkumpul dengan teman – teman yang lain, tak terasa 15 menit telah berlalu angkutan sekolahpun belum juga datang kami merasa keletihan dan haus, akhirnya temanku mengajak untuk membeli es buah di sebelah tempat duduk.
Tiba – tiba datang beberapa anak sekolah lain masuk ke dalam kedai es buah, “Mir… Mir… cepetan kesini keburu habis” suara itu terdengar dari salah satu diantara mereka, kemudian sosok laki-laki berambut tipis dan berwajah kuning langsat dengan lesung pipi yang manis muncul dari arah ufuk barat berjalan dengan tenang dan penuh wibawa, seketika aku terlena dalam lamunan yang membawaku ke dalam mimpi sesaat di siang bolong.
Seketika itu pula dalam hatiku berkata “bila dalam hitungan satu sampai kesepuluh laki-laki itu tidak melihat dan menyapaku maka akan kubiarkan dia hanya dalam mimpi sejenakku tapi bila dalam hitungan satu sampai kesepuluh dia menatapku seraya menyapa, maka akan kukejar dia sampai kudapatkan senyuman itu untuk selamanya untuk menemaniku menjalani kehidupan di kemudian hari”. Akupun mulai menghitung dan sampai hitungan kelima hatiku mulai gusar gundah gulana penuh kecemasan dan harapan agar dia segera menatapku, dan akhirnya sampai hitungan kedelapan sebuah senyuman terlempar dari wajahnya kearahku diiringi dengan ucapan salam “hai…”. Ya hanya sebuah kata “hai..” yang keluar dari bibirnya yang tipis dan manis yang dibasahi oleh air dimulutnya. Sebuah kata yang memberikan harapan besar, membuka pintu keindahan dan kebahagiaan yang sulit diungkapkan hanya dengan sebuah kata – kata. Dengan cepat laki-laki itupun duduk tepat di belakangku. Tiba – tiba terdengar suara yang mengejutkan sambil menepuk punggung kananku “hai..!! Lit ngapain kamu bengong… ini es milikmu cepetan diminum keburu bisnya datang”. Akupun tersentak kaget dengan gerakan refleks tanganku mengayun kebelakang dan mengenai mangkuk es yang di bawa oleh Rita, seketika mangkuk itupun tumpah dan mengenai sebagian tangan serta baju laki-laki tersebut.
Tak kusangka di balik wajahnya yang lembut dan santun tersimpan suara keras, lantang dan tegas, “awas…!! wah... hati-hati mbak…” laki-laki itu langsung berdiri dan berusaha untuk membersihkan tumpahan air es yang mengenai tangan dan bajunya. Akupun bergerak cepat segera menarik gulungan tisu pembersih yang ada dikedai tersebut dengan tangan kananku, karena spontanitas tangan kiripun menumpahkan mangkuk es milik Rita dan mengenai sebagian baju beserta tas yang kutaruh di atas meja. Dengan cepat pula laki-laki itu mengambil tisu pembersih dan mengayunkan tangan kanannya kearahku dan memeberikan tisu tersebut. Dengan sekelumit senyuman tisupun kuterima dengan tangan kananku, tak sengaja jemarikupun menyentuh telapak tangannya diapun membalasnya dengan sebuah senyuman ringan.
Beberapa menit kemudian suara klakson berbunyi menandakan bus antar jemput sudah tiba, Lita berserta kawannya bergegas menuju bus, tak lupa Lita menanyakan nama beserta nomor telepon milik laki-laki tadi. Ditengah perjalan fikiran Lita hanya tertuju kejadian yang baru saja dialaminya, sekitar satu tahun Lita tidak pernah merasa tertarik kepada seorang laki-laki. Semenjak ditinggal pergi oleh teman dekat, saudara, sekaligus kekasih hatinya pergi keluar negeri, Lita berubah menjadi anak yang pendiam tidak banyak bicara, kurang pergaulan dengan teman-teman sejawatnya dan lebih mementingkan diri sendiri. Hal itu terbukti dia tampak acuh terhadap apa saja yang ada disekitarnya apakah itu di lingkungan keluarga teman dan sebagainya. Hal itu juga dirasakan oleh Rita sahabat karibnya, dia sering mengeluh dengan perilaku Lita yang banyak berubah satu tahun terakhir, Lita yang dulu periang, humoris dan perhatian terhadap temannya saudaranya dan siapa saja yang membutuhkan perhatiannya sekarang semua itu hilang begitu saja hanya tinggal wajah manisnya yang tersisa tanpa adanya wajah keceriaan seperti dahulu kala.
Keesokan hari Lita bangun pagi-pagi sekali, sebelum matahari menampakkan sinarnya mata Lita sudah terbuka lebar segera ia menuju jendela dan menghirup udara pagi yang masih segar yang belum terkontaminasi oleh berbagai macam aroma dan polusi udara, dari wajahnya terlihat sedikit cerah dan ceria seperti ada sebuah bias sinar matahari dipagi hari yang mengenai kaca jendela. Bu Wati pun sedikit terkejut melihat adanya perubahan pada diri putrinya, tapi ia tidak begitu saja menanyakan apa yang menyebabkan hal tersebut, dia hanya memperhatikanya tanpa memberikan komentar apapun. Dengan segera Lita pergi kesekolah, keceriaan itu juga dirasakan oleh sahabatnya terutama Rita. Sesampai disekolah Lita bertemu dengan Rita sang sahabat sekaligus saudara angkatnya. Ia bercerita kepada Rita tentang apa saja yang terjadi setelah kejadian kemarin. Dia bercerita panjang lebar dari awal sampai akhirnya nanti siang Lita ada janjian bertemu dengan laki-laki kemarin.
Tak terasa lonceng sekolah berbunyi, dengan cepatnya Lita menuju tempat biasa dia menuggu bus sekolah. Di tempat itu pula Lita ada janji bertemu dengan laki-laki idamannya. Tepat pukul 2 Lita sampai di tempat, berselang beberapa menit laki-laki itu datang dengan seorang temannya. Segera Lita menyapanya “ hai.. mas Amir bagaimana jadi apa tidak acaranya?” Lita melontarkan sebuah pertanyaan kepada Amir, ternyata kemarin Amir berjanji mau mengajak Lita untuk pergi melihat pertandingan bola volli team yang dibelanya. Dengan cepat Amir mejawab pertanyaan “Ya… jadilah.. o iya apakah sudah siap?” Amir ganti bertanya. “Ya sudah siap dari kemarin kak…hehe”. Jawaban Lita langsung menyahut sambil tersenyum kecil, seketika Amir memegang tangan kiri dan mengajak untuk segera naik ke sepedah yang di parkir diseberang jalan.
Ditengah perjalanan Lita sedikit berbincang mengenai seputar kegiatan sekolah dan sebagainya, dan sampai akhrirnya ia berbincang mengenai perasaan. Setelah ngobrol yang sedikit diiringi dengan senda gurau sekiranya ada kesempatan Lita langsung meminta Amir untuk menjadi teman hidupnya, dengan nada terkejut Amir menjawab dengan terbata-bata dan mengiyakan semua pertanyaan yang diajukan Lita. Perbincangan tersebut berakhir saat mereka sudah sampai di tempat pertandingan. Pertandinganpun dimulai dengan semangatnya Lita memberikan semangat dengan meneriak-riakkan nama Amir, “Amir.. Amir … ” suara itu keluar dari mulut Lita. Tanpa disengaja Rita sahabatnya juga hadir dipertandingan tersebut, Rita hadir disitu karena ajakan kakaknya yang sedang menjalamkan tugas sebagai wasit pertandingan, tanpa sepengetahuan Lita, Rita memperhatikan keceriaan yang muncul dari wajah Lita, keceriaan yang lama tidak terlihat hari ini sangatlah nampak begitu jelas dan bahkan lebih dari sebelumnya, dalam hati Rita ikut bahagia dan rasanya ingin ikut merayakan kebahagiaan tersebut dengan meneriakkan nama “Lita… Lita …”. Tapi hal itu tidak dilakukanya karena ia takut akan menganggu kebahagiaan yang dirasakan oleh Lita. Peluit pun berbunyi tanda pertandingan usai, team yang dibela Amir memenangkan petandingan dengan skor 2:1.
Setelah usai pertandingan Amir mengantarkan pulang Lita kerumahnya, Bu Wati menyambut kedatangan putrinya dengan senyum penuh kasih sayang. Dimalam hari tanpa diminta oleh sang Ibu, Lita bercerita mengenai apa saja yang terjadi di hari ini kemarin dan harapan di hari esok. Setelah bercerita panjang sang Ibu tersenyum lebar dan kemudian memberikan sedikit saran. “Lita sayang… sebagai seorang Ibu saya hanya menginginkan kebahagiaan berupa apapun yang ingin engkau dapatkan, asalkan kamu bahagia Ibu pun ikut bahagia. Apapun yang engkau lakukan asalkan tidak keluar dari norma dan aturan Ibu akan selalu merestuinya, sudah lama sekali Ibu kehilangan senyum manismu canda tawamu solidaritas antar sesama dan sebagainya. Akhirnya hari ini Ibu sudah mendapatkan kembali putri Ibu seperti yang dulu, Lita yang periang, penuh perhatian dan humoris kini telah kembali lagi. Ibu berharap hal ini akan berjalan tidak untuk waktu yang singkat, Ibu berharap ini akan berlangsung untuk selamanya. ” kata-kata ini muncul dari mulut sang Ibunda tercinta Lita. Dengan penuh haru Lita mendengarkan semuanya tanpa sengaja air matapun menetes sedikit demi sedikit dan mengotori pipinya yang manis. Dengan penuh kasih sayang jari-jari Ibu membersihkan air mata tersebut, matapun mulai tertutup dengan tertidur dipelukkan seorang Ibu tercinta.

Useful Keyboard Shortcuts for the DOS Command Prompt in Windows

. Change the color scheme of the DOS Window
dos color shortcutcolor bf - where b is the background color while f is for the foreground color (they are hex codes).
For instance, if you want to have a white background with black text, type color F0 and press enter. To revert to the original color scheme, type color without any arguments.
For a list of all available colors, type color /? on the command line.
2. Chant the Title of the Window to reflect the current time

Do you know that you can put your name or your blog address in the title of the command prompt window. That's like a neat watermark when you are using that screenshot for your website.
title your_name %time%
That %time% will append the current timestamp to the Window's title.
3. Navigate the Command History using Keyboard
If you have a long list of commands in the history, press the function key F7 to navigate through the history list using the arrow keys.
And if you already know the command number, press F9 and directly type that number. Very useful if you have to run some command repeatedly.
4. Typing Long Commands at the DOS Prompt
You know the frustration when you type some long command only to realize that you made a typo or omitted typing some character. Either type the whole command again or a better option is the F1 key.
f2-dos-command F1 prints characters of the previous command one by one.
Alternatively, you can press F2 to copy a certain number of characters from the previous command to the current one. Let me illustrate that with an example:
Say I want to run the command "nslookup www.google.com" but wrote "nslookup www.googlx.com" in a hurry.
Instead of retyping the whole thing, I can say F2 and then say x. This will print all the characters upto "x". Then you can press F3 to complete the command or type it manually.

Type: External (3.0 and later)
Syntax:
ATTRIB [d:][path]filename [/S]

Purpose:
Sets or displays the read-only, archive, system, and hidden attributes of a file or directory.
Discussion
Using the ATTRIB command, you can change a file`s read/write attribute or set the archive attribute. If you use this command to specify a file as read-only, the file can be accessed, but not altered or deleted.
If a file has an attribute of -R, it can be both read from or written to (it is referred to as read/write). If a file has an attribute of +R, it can be read from, but not written to (for example, you can use your word processor to look at it but not to alter it).
NOTE:
If you try to erase a file after you have set its attribute to read-only (+R), DOS will display the words ACCESS DENIED. Before you can erase the file you must use the ATTRIB command to change the file`s attribute to read/write (-R).
The BACKUP, RESTORE, and XCOPY commands can use the archive attribute. You can use the +A or -A options to selectively back up using the BACKUP command. You can also use these options to selectively copy using the XCOPY command.
Wildcard characters (? and *) can be used. However, you CANNOT use a directory name instead of a filename to change the attributes of all files in a directory.
With DOS Version 5 and later you can hide data files by applying the +H (hidden) attribute. -H removes the hidden attribute. The +S (system) and -S options are generally used by programmers to hide and unhide command files used only by DOS. After applying the hidden or system attribute to a file, it will not appear in a directory listing unless you specifically request it with the /A parameter of the DIRECTORY command.
Options
+R - Use the +R option to make a file read-only. Read-only files may be read but they can`t be changed or deleted.
-R - Use the -R option to change the file protection attribute back to normal (so it can be read, changed, or deleted).
+A - Use the +A option to set the ARCHIVE attribute of a file. When the +A option is used, this flags the file as available for archiving when using the BACKUP or XCOPY commands.
-A - Use the -A option to turn off the ARCHIVE attribute.
+H - With DOS Versions 4 through 6, use the +H option to set the HIDDEN attribute of a file so that it will not appear in a directory listing.
-H - Use the -H option to turn off the HIDDEN attribute.
+S - With DOS Versions after Version 4, use the +S option to set the SYSTEM attribute of a file. When the +S option is used, this flags the file as a command file used only by DOS. The file will not appear in a directory listing. This attribute is generally reserved for programmers.
-S - Use the -S option to turn off the SYSTEM attribute.
/S - Use the /S switch to set attributes on subdirectories found within the specified path.
Examples
The following form of the command sets the read-only attribute for the file SALES87.TXT:

Using command prompt "attrib" to check for Viruses or Malware
Microsoft Command Prompt "attrib" is a very useful tool to check if your hard drives even your flashdisks have been infected by a virus.
You will know if a Malware is inside your hard drive just by looking at the attributes of each files and the file that has the attributes of +s +h +r
The function of attrib is to set and remove file attributes (read-only, archive, system and hidden).
Launch attrib
To start attrib
1. Go to Start Menu > Run
2. Type cmd (cmd stands for command prompt)
3. Press Enter key
The Command Prompt will appear showing us where is our location in the directory.
Using attrib
To use attrib :
1. Go to the root directory first by typing cd\(because this is always the target of Malware / Virus)
2. Type attrib and press Enter key
n this example, I have two files that are considered as malware.
Note that there are two files which I outlined in red (SilentSoftech.exe and autorun.inf). Since you cannot see this file nor delete it (because the attributes that was set on these files are +s +h +r)
1. +s - meaning it is a system file (which also means that you cannot delete it just by using the delete command)
2. +h - means it is hidden (so you cannot delete it)
3. +r - means it is a read only file ( which also means that you cannot delete it just by using the delete command)
Now we need to set the attributes of autorun.inf to -s -h -r (so that we can manually delete it)
1. Type attrib -s -h -r autorun.inf ( be sure to include -s -h -r because you cannot change the attributes using only -s or -h or -r alone)
2. Type attrib again to check if your changes have been commited
3. If the autorun.inf file has no more attributes, you can now delete it by typing del autorun.inf
4. Since SilentSoftech.exe is a malware you can remove its attributes by doing step 1 and step 3(just change the filename) ex. attrib -s -h -r silentsoftech.exe
There you have it!!!!
NOTE : when autorun.inf keeps coming back even if you already deleted it, be sure to check your Task Manager by pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE ( a virus is still running as a process thats why you cannot delete it. KILL the process first by selecting it and clicking End Process.
NOTE: You can also apply the attrib -s -h -r command to all the partition of your computer, drive D: drive E: drive F: (all of your drives). For example. for drive D, just type "D:" (minus the double quote) then you can see that your current drive is D.. type there the command "attrib -s -h -r *.exe" for exe files and "attrib -s -h -r *.inf" and then delete the file by "del autorun.inf".
